1. Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened ink cartridges or toners
- Downloadable software or digital services
- Customized or special-order items
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please contact us at info@hprinteruk.online.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., if you received a wrong or defective item).
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
